General terms and conditions

1. Who you are facing

These conditions apply to every order on aiartforce.nl from Ai Art Force, a trade name of PureDigi Business B.V., Lauwers 9, 9405 BL Assen, KvK 95506284.

2. What we sell

On aiartforce.nl we sell digital artworks as files. You buy a download, not a physical product: nothing is shipped and no package arrives. If you want the same work as a print on canvas, dibond or fine-art paper, you can do so via aiartforce.com. The terms and conditions of that store apply.

3. Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. Prices may change, but never retroactively for an order that has already been placed.

4. Order and pay

The purchase is completed as soon as you complete the order and the payment is successful. Payment is made via our Stripe payment service, including iDEAL and credit card. You will receive a confirmation by email with your order number.

5. Delivery

Your download link will be on the screen immediately after payment and will also be sent to you by email. The link is valid for thirty days and you can retrieve the file a limited number of times; how many times is stated on the product page. If the download does not work, please email info@aiartforce.com and we will set up a new link.

6. Right of withdrawal

For digital files, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as delivery begins, and only if you expressly agree to this during checkout. That check mark is in the cash register and is mandatory. If you do not set it, you will not be able to download immediately and you will have a cooling-off period of fourteen days.

7. What you can do with the work

You are purchasing a right of use, not the copyright. What is and is not allowed is stated in our license conditions. In short: printing and hanging for yourself is allowed, reselling or printing on products is not allowed.

8. Complaints

If there is something wrong with your order, please email info@aiartforce.com. We will respond within fourteen days. If we cannot reach an agreement together, you can submit your complaint via the European ODR platform.

9. Liability

We do our best to ensure that the files are correct and that the site works. We are not liable for damage that falls outside this scope. This does not limit what rights you have under the law as a consumer.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these conditions.
