This privacy policy is about aiartforce.nl, the online store for digital art of Ai Art Force, a trade name of PureDigi Business B.V.. Below is what information we keep about you, why, for how long, and what you can do about it.

Which data we process

• For an order: your email address, your name if you enter it, the amount, what you purchased and the order number. Payment details such as your card number are never received by us; they go directly to our payment service.
• With an account: your email address, your password, your orders and your favorites are stored encrypted.
• For a newsletter: your email address, and whether you have registered or unsubscribed.
• For a message via the contact form: what you fill in yourself.
• Technical: your shopping cart and your language choice in your own browser's storage, and error messages if something goes wrong.

What we use them for

• Handle your order and send you download links. We cannot deliver your purchase without an email address.
• Create and save your invoice. This is required by the Tax Authorities.
• Answer questions.
• Send the newsletter, only if you have registered for it. You can unsubscribe at the bottom of each email.
• Preventing abuse and fraud.

Who we share them with

We do not sell your data. We do involve a few parties that are necessary to make the store work:

• Supabase — database, login and file storage. Servers in the European Union.
• Vercel — hosting the website.
• Stripe — payments, including iDEAL and credit card. Stripe processes your payment details as an independent party.
• Resend — sending order confirmations and download links.
• PureDigi Business B.V. — the platform on which this site runs. That is the same company as the retailer.
• Google Fonts — the site's fonts are retrieved from Google, where Google sees your IP address.

Furthermore, we only pass on data if the law obliges us to do so.

How long we keep them

• Invoices and order data: seven years, the legal retention period for administration.
• Your account: as long as you keep it. If you delete it, we will delete your data within thirty days, except for what must remain in the administration.
• Download links: valid for thirty days, then expire.
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request which data we have about you, have it corrected, deleted, or object to its use. Send an email to info@aiartforce.com and you will hear from us within thirty days. If you do not agree with how we handle it, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
