Return and refund

You can purchase a digital file at aiartforce.nl. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to return. Below is when you will get your money back.

Before you download

During checkout, tick the box that you want to receive the download immediately. This means that you waive your right of withdrawal, as the law allows for digital products. If you do not check this box, nothing will be released and you have fourteen days' reflection period; In that case, email us and you will receive a full refund.

After you download

Once the file has been delivered, we cannot undo the purchase. That is not unwillingness: a file cannot be taken back.

If something goes wrong

You will always get a solution or your money back:

• The download link doesn't work or expired before you got the file.
• The file is damaged or cannot be opened.
• You have received a different work than the one you purchased.
• You accidentally ordered the same thing twice.

Email info@aiartforce.com within fourteen days of your purchase with your order number and what went wrong. We will respond within two working days. A refund will be processed via the same payment method and will be credited to your account within ten working days.

Physical prints

We sell prints on canvas, dibond or fine-art paper via aiartforce.com. The returns policy of that store applies to those orders, with the statutory cooling-off period of fourteen days after receipt.
